Your Role

- Represent East Eight as frontline staff to serve and attend to customers that want to try and/or purchase

- Assist with the updating of our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, Email)

- Create stories and post content

- Reply direct messages, Wechat and email queries

 

Your Responsibilities

- Daily operation of the store

- Opening or closing of store

- Handling customer enquiries

- Hosting customers by allowing them to try on sneakers or other apparels

- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of store

- Come up with interesting arrangements of product

- Ensuring all products are in good condition

- Provide feedback on areas to improve

Job requirement / qualification

- Knowledge of limited edition sneakers

- Best to be fluent in English and Chinese

- Minimum O/N Level

- Strong communication and interaction skills

- Strong attention to details

 

Other Information

- Start date: Any time

- Benefits and others: sale commission, intern allowance, uniform

- Salary is up for negotiation when contacted
